I tried everything, turned off, turned on, but didn't work, so then I took my monitor back and tried to connect it with Display port cable like I used to, but boom! It gives me same message. So I tried to connect my monitor which has only HDMI, Display port and DVI ports to her computer which unfortunately has only VGA port, so for that I bought this Displayport to VGA Adapter & tried to make it work, but monitor gave me message: "check cable connection". Today I decided to swap my monitor to my wife's monitor.
